Floodlight (astigmatic light or flat light)

The structure of the floodlight generally does not set a lens (except the projection floodlight), but uses the direct light from the light source and the reflected light from the curved reflector to make it have a directional structure. Spotlight

The structure of the spotlight is that it can concentrate the light beam emitted from the light source to the front with the reflector, and freely cast light on the local scope of the stage through the lens. It can adjust the luminous flux and projection angle of light, and the adjustment methods include moving light source type and moving lens type. The illumination of the projection surface changes due to adjustment; Spotlight is the basic lamp of stage lighting. Its optical system is mainly composed of concave reflector (reflective bowl) and spotlight. Its characteristics are: its light spot is bright in the middle, the edge is clear, its projection range is narrower than that of floodlight, and the intensity of light can be adjusted within the projection range. The adjustment is divided into light source moving type and lens moving type. By adjusting and changing the illumination change of the light projection surface, the local light projection effect can be obtained. Spotlights are generally used for surface light, ear light, side light, column light, top light, chasing light and other lighting. At present, they are widely used in stage lighting. There are usually two ways to adjust the projection angle and spot size of the spotlight: one is to move the base of the lamp cap (usually connected with the reflective bowl and socket) back and forth to obtain the best position of the bulb. The second is not to move the bulb, but only the front lens. Generally speaking, the former method is used to control the projection angle and range by adjusting the position of its light source. The specific operation method is to adjust the focusing rod at the rear of the lamp shell, or rotate the crank screw shaft, or directly toggle the position of the lamp cap at the bottom of the lamp shell. At this time, during operation, it should be noted that the side with the largest filament area should be completely parallel to the lens, and the center position of the filament should be adjusted on the optical axis of the lens. According to the edge shape formed by the projected light, the spotlight can be roughly divided into soft light spotlight, convex lens spotlight and contour spotlight.
